سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

في دُكّان الخيوط نهتم برضاكم عن كل قطعة تُصنع بحب
يمكنكم طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام في الحالات التالية:

• إذا تم إرسال منتج مختلف عن المطلوب.
• إذا كانت المواصفات تختلف عن المعروضة.

يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
لا يُقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد مرور 14 يومًا أو في حال تلف المنتج بعد الاستلام.

يرجى التواصل معنا عبر الرسائل أو البريد الإلكتروني، وسنقوم بمراجعة الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل.
يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل بعد استلام المنتج بنفس طريقة الدفع.

جميع منتجاتنا تُصنع يدويًا، لذا قد تختلف التفاصيل البسيطة بين القطع - وهذا ما يجعل كل قطعة فريدة بطريقتها الخاصة.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Dokkan El Khyoot, we care about your satisfaction with every piece made with love.

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
• If a different product was sent than the one ordered.
• If the specifications differ from what was displayed.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Exchange or return requests will not be accepted after 14 days or if the product was used or damaged after delivery.

Please contact us via messages or email, and we will review your request within 3 business days.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

All our products are handmade, so slight variations in color or details may occur — and that’s what makes each piece unique in its own way.
